Happy New year!
After some serious consideration, I have decided to challenge myself to a meatless January. It is my quest to discover how possible (or not) it is for me to find enjoyable meals to reach my calorie goals.
Over the past year I have completely changed up my lifestyle and follow a flexible dieting way to eating. Meaning, I track all my food for the most part and adjust as needed for any specific goals, whether that's shredding up or reverse dieting and building strength.
As of Jan 1st 2017 these are my macros: 2274ttl cals= 140P/280C/66F
I weighed myself in at 156 lb and will continue to monitor that weekly to see whether or not I am maintaining weight or not and will be able to adjust from there.
I will document meals and any transformation (physically/emotionally) that I experience.
.....it has been 4 days, no cravings yet :)
