Fresh Cooking: Pasta & Herbs

Good Evening!
I have been away traveling for work, but I am finally back! That means more consistency in working out, eating and blogging!
Tonight I tried fresh pasta, courtesy of Whole Foods. We recently watched the Netflix documentary, "Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat" and felt very inspired to try fresh pasta, among other things!
To accompany my pasta, I made my own red sauce using only tomato sauce, pasta, bay leaves, rosemary, fresh garlic and salt! I topped it off with parmesan cheese.
The pasta itself was so different, very soft, almost creamy? It makes no sense but I would def. make it again! Below are the items that I used to make the meal. We also had some left over steaks and asparagus that I sautéed up real quick to balance out the meal.
What should I try cooking next?
I want to make at least one new meal a week!
