I grew up all over the US and Western Europe and have traveled as far East as Russia. Thanks US Air Force for giving my family the opportunity of a lifetime!
I have a dog, Prince and a cat Lexi who keep me very busy.
I was a former collegiate swimmer and still have a love for fitness but swimming is more of a supplement along with yoga to my new found love of weightlifting.
