So, I have heard that some people still don't want to believe that Birks are cool, the "it" trend. Well, get on board, because they are back and they are soo cool! They have been on the rise the past couple years, all the cool girls got theirs a couple seasons ago and now the late adopters are starting to get onto this trend.
Sure they can be super granola, hippy dad shoes but they are also the perfect shoe for so many outfits. From boho/festival, casual cool to winter slide ons with chunky socks! Yes, I said socks and sandals. Pair those bad boys with some boyfriend jeans and a oversized top and you have a great fall/winter outfit!
So, you are thinking about getting yourself a pair and then you realize that they are not the cheapest pair of shoes. Let me tell you, they are so worth it! They are comfortable, I walked all day around a shoe convention and my feet didn't hurt at all! They have also started putting this new soft footbed in some of their styles and those are like walking on pillows.
They have also been able to infuse their styles with tons of prints and materials so that you can buy multiple pairs and really get crazy! I have my basic neutral ones and then I have metallic silver ones.
